What is HCG?

March 5, 2012

HCG

or

Human Chorionic Gonadotropin

is a hormone produced in women during pregnancy. The hormone converts fat to calories for the baby to use, and speeds up the mother’s metabolism. Those who follow a fat-free diet of 500 calories per day and receive HCG injections will lose weight quickly; have high energy levels, faster metabolism and decreased hunger. This is because your hypothalamus moves the fat from areas of storage and converts it calories to fuel your body.
